Litteratur for inkludering er glad for å invitere alle til poesikveld med åpen mik!

Som vanlig er ALLE velkommen til å lese/synge/fremføre dikt. Du kan gjøre det på ethvert språk du foretrekker å bruke! Du er også hjertelig velkommen å bare lytte også. Vertskap kvelden er Stella Mililli, Gulabuddin Sukhanwar og Karim Tahir.
Poesikvelden er samarbeid mellom Litteratur for inkludering – Litteraturhuset i Trondheim, Poesikveld -Poetry Nights Trondheim og Kunsthall Trondheim.

Korakrit Arunanondchai: «Songs for dying» (2021)

Filmen varer i ca 30. minutter.

Filmen, som ble vist under Arunanondhcais utstilling Songs for dying tidligere i år, er et bestillingsverk av den 13. Gwangju-biennalen i Sør-Korea, Han Nefkens Foundation i Spania og Kunsthall Trondheim. I dette videoverket, samt i installasjon og maleri, forener Arunanondchai det personlige og nære med det spirituelle, det teknologiske, animistiske trossystem, politikk og globale narrativ. I videoverket er ideen om spøkelset aktiv på flere plan: Som et nærvær som oppløser den lineære oppfatningen av tid gjennom å gjøre fortiden levende og pulserende i nåtiden, som et alternativt kunnskapssystem, som et bilde på usynlige strukturer og som en metafor på hvordan alle ting, både kropper og ånder, er knyttet sammen som et fellesskap i et større hele.

Korakrit Arunanondchai: «Songs for dying» (2021)
Duration: approx. 30 mins

The video work, «Songs for dying», was shown during Arunanondhcai’s exhibition Songs for Dying earlier this year, is a commissioned work by the 13th Gwangju Biennale in South Korea, the Han Nefkens Foundation in Spain and Kunsthall Trondheim. Through this video work, as well as in installation and paintings, Arunanondchai unites the personal and intimate with the spiritual, the technological, animistic belief systems, politics and the global narrative. In the video, the idea of the ghost is active on several levels: as a presence that disintegrates the linear perception of time by making the past alive and pulsating in the present, as an alternative knowledge system, as an image of invisible structures and as a metaphor for how all things, both bodies and spirits, are interconnected as a community in a greater whole.

Poetry Night: Open Mic
The Literature for inclusion is delighted to invite everyone to an open mic poetry night!

As usual, EVERYONE is welcome to read/sing/perform poems. You can do so in any language you prefer to use! You are also welcome just to listen as well.

The host for the evening is Stella Mililli, Gulabuddin Sukhanwar, and Karim Tahir.
This event is part of the Kulturnatt, a collaboration between Literature for inclusion – the House of Literature in Trondheim, Poesikveld-Poetry Nights Trondheim, and Kunsthall Trondheim.
