Seminar: Applying for jobs in Norway and Working with Norwegians

Seminar: Applying for jobs in Norway and Working with Norwegians

Karin Ellis

The literature for inclusion welcomes you to a seminar on Wednesday 20th March with Karin Ellis.

17.30 – 18.30     Applying for jobs in Norway

19.30 – 20.30     Working with Norwegians

Karin Ellis is the founder of Ellis Culture and the author of “Working with Norwegians” and “Applying for jobs in Norway”.

She will present extracts from her books and share a number of tips that may be useful for non-Norwegian job-seekers and employees.

Her books are written for those who did not grow up in Norway and will help you crack the hidden codes in Norwegian job market and workplaces.

They provide suggestions on how to deal with the additional challenge of being a foreign job-seeker and/or employee.

“Working with Norwegians” also has a chapter covering the social codes in Norway.

The event will be in English, it is free of charge and you may attend one or both seminars. You will be able to buy Karin’s book(s) at a special price.

Free tickets for the seminar are available here: https://litthustrd.hoopla.no/sales/applyingforjobs
