We are happy to join Trondheim city to celebrate Cultural Night/Kulturnatt and invite all poetry lovers to a poetic evening with Olga Lehmann, former host, and founder of Poetry Nights Trondheim. Olga will be visiting us all the way from Bergen, where she currently lives and runs poetry nights now.

Poetry Nights Trondheim is a community project that has hosted readings for over six years. Performers have read in more than 30 different languages, including gammelnorsk, nynorsk and bokmål. This community project has published the very first multilingual anthology of poems, Høre Hjemme, written by temporary or permanent citizens of Trondheim. 

You are welcome to read poems that you have written or poems from authors that you like. You can do so in whatever language that you speak! If you want to bring along an instrument or a song you want to play alongside your poem, you are welcome to. Of course, you are welcome just to listen as well.
